Apr 10, 2023 · I was promised a 200 dollar visa gift card when I got this internet service and when I checked my status it said disqualified because of change in plan. I have never changed my plan and it shows on my statements. This is very disappointing and it feels like a scam especially because other people are having problems. Do better! Once I was out of contract plan, the cost too high, no longer competitive. We first setup my new internet and cable plan. Next we added Xfinity Mobile, which after 90 days of service, I would receive a $200 gift card. Eligible households get 75 Mbps download speeds with free in-home Wi-Fi for $9.95 per month (plus tax).
